What are the “Eliminatory Skills” and “Eliminatory Questions” stages for in the job posting form?

Eliminatory Skills
Add up to 6 skills (technical or behavioral) that you are looking for in a candidate.

Eliminatory Questions
Or add up to 3 closed-ended eliminatory questions that the candidate must answer with “yes” or “no.”

Examples of eliminatory questions:

• Are you available for travel?

• Do you have a valid driver’s license?

• Do you have a valid OAB (Brazilian Bar Association) registration?

For skills, candidates who score below 60% will not proceed to the video interview and will be moved to the reconsideration pool.

For questions, they are eliminatory by nature — meaning that if the candidate selects an answer that contradicts your requirement, they will automatically be moved to the reconsideration pool.
